I have a complete non A/c box for sale. My plans have changed and I don't need this anymore. I sold my Turbo Buick and I won't be putting it into my Monte Carlo. Asking $250.
This includes the vents behind the dash , the box under the hood, the piece over the radio and the rubber seal for the cowl area. One of the handles under the steering column is broken for the vent controls. It can be fixed.
Pickup is preferred but will ship for an additional fee.
