The times in your sig, is that on racegas or pumpgas with meth?
You can get the 51 down into the low 11s at 120+ if you have a good convertor off a 1.60 sixty foot. Buddy of mine went 11.08 122 on 110 fuel with the 51.
If you have a stone stock long block. Jump up to a 6155e if you get a chance, but you will need a convertor for it to work right and pretty much get the same results. But room to grow if you have heads and cam.
Currently im doing that 6155e in my blue limited with ported heads and a 214 cam with 50s and julios meth kit on a stretch intercooler with a better convertor. My goal is high 10s on drag radials
So where is the point to spend more money?
Tweak the 51 into the lower 11s at least, I too went from the 51 to the 54 and on the street it wasnt much of a difference in spooling with the loose convertor.
