87GN cuts off while driving.

I have an 87 GN with the FAST Xfi 2.0. Recently I had an IAT fault. I replaced the sensor and fault did not clear. I drove the car for about 2 weeks with IAT fault and no problems. Then the car started to cut off. This happened when the car warmed up. The first time I let it idle for about 20 minutes. The second time I was stuck in traffic for about 30 minutes.

I found that my IAT extension wire was corroded. I replaced it with a new one and the IAT fault was gone but the cut off problem still exists .

My drive to and from work is usually 5 to 10 minutes. Usually no problems when outside temp is cool 40-50F. When outside temp is warmer 60F it happens more.

When car cuts off I still have electrical power. The only thing I notice is that when it begins it starts to buck and misfire every couple of seconds like it wants to die usually when I am cruising and then it dies after about 15-20 seconds into it. Then it is hard to start. I usually have to wait about 5 minutes before it will start again.

I got a CamPS fault one time and a MAP sensor fault one time according to ECU.

I might just replace all these senses but I would rather fix this logically. I am kind of focused on a sensor that might be breaking down due to heat. My first thought is Camshft sensor.

Any help is appreciated!

Replaced my ICM and Coil pack. So far no more cutoffs and the car is running better.
