87 GN moonroof RUST FREE in a million pieces! !!!!

So here's the deal I got this real deal 1987 buick grand national from a douchebag up in New Hampshire and he was supposed to get me the title and here we are 4 months later and I still have no title and my enthusiasm for this project is now gone.

This is a 88,000 mile WE2 gn with the rare CF5 moonroof option that was pretty loaded car to begin with. The douchebag brought the car back from Illinois he gave me a copy of a old title from Illinois. So he supposedly took out a $10,000 loan to get the paint work done and gave the body shop $7500 to start on it. They took his car all apart and then went out of business and kept his money. He supposedly sent the car to the body shop without engine and tranny because he supposedly was gonna have them redone but once he got screwed on the body work he just left the engine and trans at the machine shop was the story I was told. So I went to look at the car and there was no window in the passenger door and the mouse made the car into a house and it stunk horribly so I stripped all the interior out and power washed it and all is good now.


The are no holes or rot anywhere in the body shell anywhere !!
Doors are very nice
Trunklid is mint
Gn 5 piece rear spoiler is there
All the moonroof stuff is in there
The correct g80 posi 8.5 rear is there 3.42 ratio
The leather wrapped steering wheel is nice
Horn button is decent but not perfect
Floorshift steering column
The correct turbo wheel wells
The correct 86-87 gn wheels
All the emblems
2 turbo hoods to pick from

I do have 3 --- 86-87 intercooled engines complete
Also I have 3 brf trannys 200

Gn front and rear seats
Console stuff
Analog gn gauge cluster
Gn dash plaque
Super nice dash pad no cracks
Concert sound lower door panels
All the wiring from the car
Vaccum brake conversion

If you end up dicing and slicing the body I would like the floor panels. cut into 4 equal sized pieces (so they all fit in a nice flat cheap to ship box) and only 5" deep (I do not need the trans tunnel) Hopefully it doesn't come to that but if it does...

The bare tub more or less stripped of everything except the moonroof pieces $1200 which is a very good price since I got $900 just for a moonroof with the parts a year ago.


Will sell the frame with the front suspension in it with the body for another $600

I think the 8.5 is gonna be sold in the morning along with the driveshaft

I would be interested in the entire roof section cut from the car with the Sunroof and headliner etc. intact, I can arrange the shipping if you can crate and drop off at Fastenal.

Notice the CF5 on the trunk sticker? I've had a few inquiries asking if the car was a real factory moonroof car.

I do have the switch for the roof they are the same as a passenger side power window switch.

I do not have a headliner it was not in the car when I bought it but they can readily be had from 1 of the suppliers of new parts
