what mods are on the car? im a serious buying with cash in hand, , oil leaks, a/c blows cold , please give me as much detail as you can

stock rebuit turbo, all stock motor and innercooler. Only 60# injectors and an E-85 chip. No other mods. No oil leak, cold a/c. all original interior. transmission just rebuilt all stock internals, shift very firm. Car runs and drives like new.
