Just a tough time right now. Christmas, over 10% unemployment, 1 in 10 behind on house payments. Buyers are cautious & some sellers are cleaning out their garages. While always looking for a new project to keep me busy my dollar comfort level is half what it's been in the past.

You can forget about the above if you want. Tryptophan is to blame. Really just wanted to give you an after Thanksgiving bump & wish all a happy holidays.
