$23,000 OBO I have an immaculate fully built 1987 Buick Grand National with only 85,000 original chassis miles and about 2-3000 on the new engine tranny setup. I have owned this vehicle since January 2006 and when I bought it, it was in pretty rough condition. The engine was pretty beat up and the tranny was in bad shape as well as the rear end and exterior. Over the last 4.5 years I have put about $27,000 into it in parts, machine work and labor only NOT including the original buying cost of the vehicle. I know this is a lot of money to ask for a car in these hard times but once you see the car you will understand why I am asking so much (the price is slightly negotiable). I know this car inside and out and can walk you through the entire vehicle and all the upgrades. I have receipts to prove everything I have put into the tranny and engine and they come with the car (all machine work was done at U.S. Automotive Performance by Jeff, if you know them you also know how good they are). I will list all of the upgrades that I can think of following this posting and if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. I am currently on my honeymoon and will be back in town by Monday the 26th, and I will post pictures at this time. The car does leak a small amount of oil due to the racing girdle that is on the car, it is very rare to find a car with a girdle that dosent leak a small amount of oil :). I would be interested in trades and I am really only looking for an 02, 03, 04 Chevy Corvette Z06 with lower miles (60k or lower), I am NOT interested in any MOPAR, Chrysler or Ford products however. Let me know if you have any questions. SERIOUS INQUIRES ONLY PLEASE.

Why you selling ? Gotta pay off that honeymoon .. hahha? Looks like a sweet car.. you will get more interested members once you post the pics!

I decided to sell because I have had my fun with this car and would like to start another project. This car was really the one that started it all for me and it will be very hard to let it go but I would also love for someone else to enjoy this car as much as I have. Also we are staying on our honeymoon for one more day so I will put pics up on Tuesday.

Ok finally got the time to get some pictures up. Due to the condition of the paint I am going to lower the price to 22,500. I think some time with a clay bar and a buffer and it would look so much better I just don't have to time to do the work myself. Please let me know what you think and if this is a fair price or not.

I am sure you have a lot of blood, sweat, and tears (including money) in that baby.

As with any of our cars we never get out of them what we put into them.

If your not strapped for cash just run it for a year or two and hopefully things turn around.

Pristine examples of low mile origional GN's are having a tough time fetching over 20k.

Pristine examples of TTA's and T's are having a tough time brining 13-15k.

I understand all the money you have spent, trust me I do but nobody ever seems willing to pay for all that on the back side.

I wish you the very best in your sale.

Ty

Thanks for the well wishes I really appreciate it. I knew when I bought the car that I would be in it over my head in cash but I kept throwing money at it :D haha. The market sucks right now for special interest vehicles which is too bad and I will probably end up taking your advice and just enjoying the car until the market gets a little better.
Thanks
