Full Description: This car has gone through a mild restoration since I aquired this car. Always garage kept. The body is 95% rust free. There is a small rust buble on the trunk lid lower lip. The doors and driver floor board, were replace with rust free pieces from the west coast. The paint is very clean and reflective. GNX style rims and 16" tires were also added to finish off the extierior.
The Astro Roof (moon roof) is working perfectly and does not leak. This is a rare option to see on an 87 GN. The interior is in great shape with nice clean seats with no rips, a new head liner, and fully working dash indicators (including digital Tach/Boost guage). There is are 3 guages added to the driver pillar(Fuel Pressure,A/F ratio, and Boost). A scanmaster is also mounted on top of the HVAC pod. A clarion AM/FM/Tape player is installed with a 6 Disc CD changer mounted in the truck. A 10" subwoofer and amp complete the interior modifications.
Under the hood you will find a mostly stock 3.8l Turbo V6. The only modifications include a fully rebuilt stock turbo, 3" Terry Houston Down Pipe, Adjustable fuel pressure regulator, 60lbs Fuel Injectors, RJC Boost Plate, RJC Boost controller, and finally a Turbo Tweak chip custom made for this car.
The transmission has been rebuilt by Russ Merrit from Merrit Performance. It has very firm shifts, and can handle plenty of power.
