Ive had my 85 to 87 conversion on the road for about a year now, but realize that my positive battery cable is resting on the edge of the control arm and it is starting to rub into the insulation. I have been looking at ways to route it but with the kength cant seem to get it pulled away from there. Can anyone post some picks of their stock run cables so I can see if I can figure something out. Thanks Dusty

Here is mine on my 87 gn. When looking down at bat. + is on right side. They are wrapped in fiberglass sheathing, when they are in the black plastic clamp on frame bat + is on the left. They are about 1/2 inch away from upper control arm pivot point. HTH

That does help. I will have to see if I can find one of those clips and if there is a hole on my frame there. If not I will get one of those rubber lined metal clamps and drill a hole to mount it. Thanks Dusty
