79 Regal for parts

I know a guy that has a 79 Regal for sale as a parts car. He told me he has an extra turbo hood, a set of front fenders, set of like new taillights and a near perfect rear bumper as well as many other parts.

Would he be willing to sell some of the extra parts seperate and would he be willing to ship? I have a friend that may be interested in the hood and rear bumper. I think he may need a header panel and driver's headlight bezel also.
