You can find them from $45 NEW on eBay. Buy one from Mr. Gasket who purchased and maintains the Hurst line. I believe they also sell them for $45. They'll hook you up.

New GM cables on Ebay for $45? Please post a link or auction numbner I want to buy a few.
There are universal cables for $45 but they are usually too long and don't include the rubber boot.
