4" Cone Filter Prices

Changing to a 4" inlet Air filter.
ATR wants $60 for K & E 4"X14" in length. Seems high to me.
Any one know where to buy the filter cheaper ?
Also where do you buy 4"- flexible Mass Air hose ? (I have seen 3-1/2" or 4-1/2") I would prefer 4"
