4.1 vs. 3.8 advantages, disadvantages

Where are these 4.1's found. I hear about this swap. What advantages does it have? What parts are interchangeable with the 3.8 etc.? Block, crank, heads, etc. Thanks all.

Maybe this will help. Basically it makes a decent replacement if you can't find a good 109 block and adds a little torque down low.
