3" downpipe for external wastegate

I have a 2 piece mandrel bent 3" external wastgate downpipe for sale, its made from steel, very old school, in very good condition, normal wear and tear, make is unknown

what kind of wastegate goes on this?

Not sure, I never actually used this, looks to be a 38mm one but it has the 4 bolt on one side and the standard 2 bolt on the other, I guess you could just weld and other 2 bolt flange on it and then most would fit.

I had a car with one exactly like that before. Car was from Northern pa around Erie if that helps with mystery and the gate was the original tial
