2-Step Rev Limit

What is a good upper rpm rev limit to setting?

I have a 206/206 roller cam motor. Currently the 2-step is set up to start pulling timing out of the motor 250rpm below the rev limit setting. Also I can change it to only activate if mthe upper number is reached vs. the current soft limit set up.
