I see it says mint condition, but just to verify, the AC blows cold, all accessories work, TTop seals are in good shape and doesn't leak?

all accessories work, The TTop seals are in good shape. I am not sure about leaking
as the car has never seen rain while I had it. Owned for about 7 years.
The only water it sees is a light mist from hose when washing and that is only once a season.
Price is somewhat negociable.

That car sounds sickly, how big was the hole in the muffler? The oil pressure gauge did not move, was it broken? How long was that car running for the water temp gauge was extremely low. Not to KNOCK that car but it is far from mint condition. I hope the guy that bought it didn't pay $16,500.00.
