My 85 Ttype is acting up I just got it out the shop today I got a leak on the top of my turbo repaired and the car was still hesitating I took it back to the shop were the car had some work done a few days ago and we put it on the scanmaster and it was saying that my IAC switch was failing we disconnected the switch and the car seemed to idle better when we put the switch back on the car would not go on reverse at all? And it made a loud clauking sound when we took the gear off park and it started to act up and the car would only work on drive it felt like it was on a load and the tranny was slipping and shifting weird??? The guy at the shop says it's the torque converter? I hope I don't have to rebuild the tranny! What do you think?
