I have decided to part with my baby. The wife is more important than the Car. BELIEVE me a lot of thought went in to that realization! I just can not keep my babies any more. I have spent a ton of money to make this car better than when it left the factory. It is NOT perfect. But, I am a very picky person. The engine cost me thousands because I wanted to keep the original block and the numbers matching on the engine. The Manifold has been updated and the exhaust is custom. The car sounds bad. But it is NOT fast. But, it is a perfect paint job. It is STUNNING. I promise it is special. The interior was tricky. I had to keep the original Vinal centers on the seats but I changed out all of the cloth. Because there was just no way of getting a suitible replacement for the original black seats that only came on this can and the 1984. There is a couple small cracks on the interior plastic. But very easily replaceable. It is a special car with only 215 or less produced. It is a piece of history I hope that someone that loves the Grand National History as much as I do purchases it. I have a binder full of information. If you win it out of the Auctions America Auction Please contact me and I will get you the binder. I am also selling my 100% Stock 1987 Buick Grand National "Hard Top" with 44,000 miles in the same auction.

This car belongs in a museum. I promise it is the last time you will ever see one in this condition! Thank you for your time and interest in my car. I will put another post about the 1987 tomorrow if you want a totally stock 1987 Buick Grand National stand By!

I just wanted to let anyone that might be interested that my car is up on eBay. I would really love for it to go to someone on here that would appreciate it.

I was also asked about the placement of the Buick on the rear fenders. I can confirm that the pictures above are BEFORE I had it painted on. These were too high and the real placement is the correct placement level with the center of the tail lights. I posted a picture below.

I will sell this car for a very reasonable price to the right person!

My 1987 Grand National STOCK (44,000 original miles) and in excellent shape is also for sale at $21000. Contact me if your interested.

I relisted my 1982 Grand National and 1987 Grand National on ebay. There was questions about the placement of the Buick on the rear fenders. I can confirm that the images above are NOT correct. These were the images before the Buick was painted and they were repositioned to the correct placment even with the rear tail lights. The car is really a cool car and gets attention everywhere it goes. If you have an interest in either of my babies please send me a direct. I would love to them to go to someone on here that really appreciates them! I posted some pictures above that have the correct and current painted Buick on the rear fenders.
