    Are the drivetrains pretty durable ie: transmission, motor? I have talked with some GN guys and the powermaster brakes have been an issue with them. I am not gonna worry to much about theft. Am I out of my mind looking for one for about 10K with 40-50K miles that is pretty close to stock...

    Four-door Typhoon Prototype!

    Its real.... Poccobello drove it, head of the Syclone program..... has been painted a couple of times. Chuck lived on a dirt road and paint didn't stay on it too well. Dunno the whole history... but I do know the price is steep.

    92 sonoma options

    The original plan for the Syclone was to have the 3.8, but GM cheaped and went with the 4.3.... Like Myclone said, both can be built bullit proof. I would probably use a stock 3.8 over a stock 4.3 though.

    To tell you the truth you would be better off just buying a true Syclone or Typhoon. By the time you get a wiring harness, ecm, motor, tranny.....ect ect. ... You will have spent more money than the real deal costs. Some SyTy's are going pretty cheap IMO. Save yourself a headache and one...
