Hi, I just bought a used 62mm throttle body. When I received it, the throttle plate was stuck closed and required me to push it fairly hard to open. Now, it closes to about 80 percent but won't close unless you push it fairly hard. Is something wrong here, or is this normal?

Could that be done with an 86/87 turbo buick V6 motor? If so, what kind of modifications would be needed to get the job done? ps. hello to everyone. I'm new here as you can see by the name :)
