got GTa wheels and want to go with longer studs but dont know where to order or pick them up...

I just put on GTA wheels on my TR and 245/50/16's all the way around...Is this correct...I put the rear only on the front with a 5/16" spacer right on the hub between the wheel , and the front onlys on the rear no spacer...When I went to back out all i heard was this awful rubbing sound...then...

started up the regal today because its not winterized and hasn't been started for a week or so and was going through the scan master and got codes 13 and 23... ( 13=Oxygen Sensor, 23=airtemp sensor low,) any explanations or seriousness of these codes???
