I have s-10 wheel cylinders and soft shoes and my car still can't hold any boost on the line. My powermaster motor turns on everytime i touch the brakes. I am guessing its not holding enough pressure. I replaced the accumalator and it does the same thing. Where to look next?

I have to go get tested this month and i want to fix my car so that it has no boost at all on the dyno. If i disconnect the puck completely will that do it?? Will my emmissions be any different with boost vs. no boost?

I just installed a new te-60 and THDP. I have to rod threaded all the way out and the lowest i can get the boost is 17lbs. The rod is so loose that the puck rattles and yes the wastegate hole was properly sized for the THDP. How can i get the boost lowered??
