I've been looking for an aluminum transmission pan for my 86 GN. I can find them for every GM transmission ever made for ~$60 to $150 , until I search for 200R4 and then the price goes up to $350 to $600. What is the deal? They are no bigger than the others, smaller is some cases.

I had to tap into the signal wire at the cruise module to finally get it working.

I finally installed a signal splitter and the ECU now is reading the speed, but cruise still will not work. It's set for 850 but it was the IAC setup that was getting me with its 500 +/_ 50 target.

Yeah, I've been going back and forth between both, but trying to get to the 500 mark was screwing it all up.

IAC is 35 - 37 at idle right now. I'm still upgrading so I wanted to just switch it out to the 70 and not upgrade again.

If after mod's the old IAC reset procedure of 500 +/_ 50 is no longer relevant, what should I be using for a target? 3.5" MAF 70mm TB 60# Motrons 3" TH downpipe

750, procedure is saying 500 +/_ 50

I got the new IAC today and no matter what I do 750 - 775 RPMs is the lowest I can get it and that is with the idle screw doing almost nothing, just barely touching.

Thanks, I ordered one today and should be here tomorrow. It would be nice to finally be done with this and move on to upgrades.
