Is this hard to remove from the front pump,, ie. does it press in and out, or slide out(after unbolting?)

Is this an easy operation? That is, simply drop the trans(gently), remove TC, remove 6 front pump bolts, slide the pump out and replace the seal.? Any thing i should look for or be aware of? Thanks 86GN - - slight trans leak
