I have a cruz performance vacuum line push lock kit that i am gonna install on a new build. Does anyone have any pics of there push lock setup so i can get some ideas as to how i install mine? Thanks
yeh, they are very dirty and old. original never replaced. just trying to clean up engine bay while engine is out for upgrades. probably will clean and prep them then paint them with satin black or some type of trim paint. Thanks for the replies.
i cleaned mine with eagle wheel cleaner. the cleaner is made for those type aluminum wheels. i think its in a grey bottle. I then cleared them so cleaning wouldn't be such a pain. make sure to use a fine wire brush and scrub good.
sweet looking interior. Thank you for the ideas. I am not sure what i will do with mine. Do not want to change it too much, but will have to do something eventually.
Will be replacing my interior in my 86 T-Type soon. Its all original from the factory.have been thinking about going back with the cloth or leather kit for seats and door panels. i know highway stars have the exclusive material which is close to original, but not quite right. I also have seen...
The paint has to be cured for a while (not sure how long) before the film can be put on. I saw this type film on a friends 69 firebird at bowling green last year. He said it worked great. Just not sure how it would work on the larger quarters on the T-type. I have seen the spray on just not...
Has anyone tried the 3m film on their back quarters for rock chip and rubber from the track protection. Just curious if it would be worth trying on my T-type.
Thanks
You guys think these 295/55/15 MT would be too wide for a 15x8 wheel? My bs is 3 7/8 and my inside fender lip has been trimmed. i have 275/60/15 MT on it now, but really like the 295,s for the next set.
What size wheels did you mount the 295's on? I was thinking about those same tires, but i have 15x8 wheels, and thought those tires may be too wide for the 8" wheel.
