I am looking to restore the plastic on the door panels of my TurobT. Has anyone had success spraying the panels and what did you use. I have the light brown interior and can you find a good match for the color? Are there panels available in this color if I decide to replace them?

Gotta agree with the previous 2 replies. Just be patient. I got frustrated the first try, chilled, had a beer and succes, plug installed. Tighten as far as you can by hand to limit socket work.

Good advice Rick. There was a setup, but it sold. Thanks all for your input. It would be nice to get lucky with a stock MAF, not sure which route I will pursue. Maybe do the LT1 setup and see if someone can improve on the remanufactured units in the future. Thanks

My stock MAF sensor just failed. I have read many threads that the remanufactured ones are pretty much garbage. I guess even the ones carrying the AC Delco name are not reliable. I hate that I will probably have to lose the stock look. If I go to the 3" LT1 and translator setup are any mods...

I will be there. I live only about 10 minutes from the strip and about 15 minutes to Richards shop via the good old back roads. Hope to have the 87 T back up and running by then.

I purchased front and rears years ago from a company out of Texas. I belive their name was Musselmens. They were made from ABS plastic and my body shop guy said they had the best fit he has seen compared to other products he used. Good luck
