Who wants to help a noob? Wanting to learn... Biggest turbo option on stock motor?

Just go with a old school 44 or 49 turbo with Alky kit. Sounds like you have the rest of supporting mods already. With these mods you will not have any problem walking by that SS or most mustangs on the street. I went from a stock turbo to a TE-44 turbo , Alky kit, race rebuild transmission from...

    Looking for 1987 GN

A friend has an 1987GN with less than 50,000 original miles he is trying to sell. He is asking 13,850 for it. The car can be seen on racingjunk.com. I would buy it if i had room in the garage and had the money to spare, but i already have a T-type that i have a ton of $$$ into. BTW the car is...

A BIG BIG thanks to NCTURBOS!!!! Thanks Keith for all the advice, work, and the genuine GM parts you got for me. Also a Big thanks to this board, where i have found a ton of knowledge through members who have been there done that with these cars, and share their experiences and no how.

couple of pics of my T-type

The tint is 27%. I think the pics made it look a little darker. I still have the older tint on the back window which is 20%. As for the pain job, my car had to be taken down to the metal, which made it more expensive. Doors, windows, trunk lid, and hood were all taken off. The whole job was...

Thank You. It took me a while to decide on the wheel choice. The Holeshots are different, and bs can be custom ordered. They also offer upgrades to their wheels. Most importantly (MADE IN THE USA).

    Turbo Regal Picture Thread

They are kinda pricey. Not too bad compared to the weld alumistars and magnums. If you purchase from a Holeshot dealer they are roughly around 330.00 to 350.00 a piece, depending on the size. If going directly thru Holeshot they are more expensive. If you go to Holeshot wheel website you can see...

    Driver seat question

I did this when my power seat stopped working. Everything works, just remember that the seat will not go back quite as far as the power 1 does. Somebody else may chime in, but that is what i found out after the swap. (Seems as if i sit a little higher now too, but not totally sure on that 1).

    Weld RTS wheels

I was thinking about the weld RTS as well, but the BS for the rears wouldn't have been correct for the TR. I think you would be fine with the front if you stick with the 3.5" bs with the 15x6. I went with the Holeshot wheels and my fronts are 15x6 with a 3.5" bs.
