I am looking for info on anyone using an air/water intercooler on the turbo Buick V6. I am twin turbocharging a Buick 350 and was thinking that a nice direct tubing from the turbos to the throttle body would be best. If I used an intercooler like this one I could avoid a bunch of extra bends...

Well just to let you all know, I'm working on a twin turbo Buick 350! Megasquirt 3.0 MPFI with two T3/T4 turbos and 8.5:1 compression with copper head gasket, O-rings, methanol injection, and heavily ported heads. I'll post some pics soon

I'm curious how much power people are running with a 231 before the blocks are cracking. What about the stock bottom end? What are the limits on that? I know there is no set answer, just looking for an idea of what these motors can handle. I can't aford the TA block yet....

How hard is this swap? There are very few performance parts for my Buick 350, the 455 is hard on gas, so the turbo V6 is what I want in my car. I have a th350 now so the trans should be an easy swap. So if I use the 200R4 and a complete motor what else do I need besides ecm and harness...
