Race Well a Nova found me, he wanted to go at it after a car show. 70 Nova small block, full cage ,race seats etc......... I did'nt want to race at the time because of the highway I as on, POLICE . Any way this guy wont take no for an answer, so I had to give him one. Both at 35mph...

grommet Sorry , I did'nt get back to you sooner, glad it worked, mine had small cracks in it. Hope all is well with yours.............Frank

leak Check where the detent cable is connected,there is a rubber grommet, thats were mine was leaking from. I just put a new trans in. and after 2 weeks it started to get nice size puddles. I first thought it was a pan gasket. If thats your problem GM still has the grommet, its about $8.00...

1987 We-4

We-4 Dennis, 1st owner had the car repainted and body shop put the emblems on the wrong side. The car is going to be repainted and that will be corrected.:smile:

We-4 WE-4' s only came in black, with black bumpers,T- wheels , aluminium bumper brackets, aluminium drums, and solid grey interiors. 1547 were built in 1987. All had the blacked out package. they were sold as a light wt. car. :smile:
