anyone know the fastest stockframe rail car on 10.5's --full interior etc... just wondering

this car has about 70 lbs @ startup and comes down to about 15-20 after its warm. and it comes up w/ rpm like it should but--after driving awhile or making a pass it around 5-10 and will stay that way until it cools down completely---any one seen this before-the motor is pretty fresh in this one...
