Not sure the name of this piece. It goes in-between the oil pump and oil filter housing. Will also need the nut in the picture.

Yes it is the oil cooler adapter. Yes radiator does have the hook ups for the tranny and the engine oil. Do you have the nut that screws it to the oil filter adapter? How much shipped to 95035?

I'll have to check if I have the nut. I'd say 50 shipped would do it.
