oops, my mistake. comp sends 12 v to term A to turn on relay, term C is ground, term D is 12 v, term B goes to pump.

did you check the fuses? I think 2 wires are hot with key on at relay connector, then one goes to pump and the other goes to comp. I think the comp turns the ground on and off.

Did you scan the comp for codes? When you changed cam sensor did you set the timing by the procedure? Do you have rpm sig while cranking? Check volts to coil pack while cranking. Try a spark tester on plug wire to see if there is a spark. Some timing lights with induction clamp don't work well...
