FOUND THE WATER PUMP LOOSE DUE TO SPACERS USED ON THE FLEX FAN. It was causing the pump to vibrate I assume. The temp went from 205 to 175 once I added the spacers, I am looking for some type of expansion to add to the shroud to cover the fan blade. This will prevent the fan from cavatating...

Feedback Pump has only 1k on it, overflow is not full, It stayed 165 before this happened. I see a piece of Gasket sticking out of the top of the pump where it mates. Just picked up a pressure tester ,fluid is leaking out fast one I restarted it. Strange how this happened under WOT. By the way...

I could smell coolent yesterday and after a WOT found coolent all over the water pump and pooled in the top side. I checked the oil no coolent, the rad is almost drained. I DID NOTICE GASKET MATERIAL STICKING OUT OF THE WATERPUMP SEEMS IT MAY HAVE BLOWN IT!! ANY ONE HEARD OF THIS BEFORE?
