I figured it out earlier today guys. The red wire is the ignition wire and I kept it where it was but moved everything else under the battery cable. thanks for your responses!

hey gary you seem very knowledgeable and I want to ask if you can tell me exactly where these wires go? I recently went to a local shop and they gave me my car back with the wire from the fire wall to the starter all jacked up and I'm trying my best to reconfigure it.
A shop did a hack job on the wires from the starter to the engines firewall. If there's any visual aids, diagrams out for the firewall wires please send anything could be beneficial.
@MeanChicken I unplugged the MAF and it did smooth out a lil and MAL codes 34 & 13 appeared! @EG87T The ar was parked bc it wouldn't start I replaced the starter and noticed the fuel pressure was low so changed the pump out and drained the old gas and changed the filter!
Car was sitting for a while but is alive once again Complete Tune up was done, New O2 Sensor, Fuel Pump, Fuel Filter and New Control Module. The car sputters and backfires W/ rough idling. When the car is placed into any gear other neutral it dies.
