My 87 GN's fan blower only blows out of defroster. All of vacuum lines are right and secure. Has anyone else had this problem or maybe know where I can troubleshoot it further?

I m Ryan in Hampton. I ve got an '87 t-top GN and my uncle has an 85 and 87 GN.

Just To Clarify The rebuilt motor has about 16,000 miles on it since 2005. The machine work was done by Dunkum's Machine Shop in Newport News, VA. The block was bored over .030 also. Have the original receipt for Dunkum's showing exactly what they did. Sorry for the confusion on the mileage...
