Yes, I did install the rubber hose in place of the pulsator. I installed the pump about 10 years ago. I just don't understand why its not holding pressure when the key is turn on. Pressure holds when the key is first turned on but then drops after a couple seconds.

Today I noticed that when I turn the key the fuel pressure goes up to about 50lbs and the drops to about 20lbs. Then when I start the car, as it is cranking the pressure goes up, but it takes a little longer to start. Once started it stay running and drive ok. I just change plugs and wires...

I'm going to replace my turbo is there anything special I have to do when the new one is on. I have new gaskets and oil line, I did not know if I have to pour any oil in where the bearing is, before I start the car. Should I just crank the car over until I get oil pessure. Thanks
