Here in Ontario during the winter months all the washer fluids are rated for -40 and you can get stronger than that here too.

Washer Fluid Mixture Its easy to figure out the methanol mix in washer fluid this was taken from Auqamist site. Methanol freezes at -96 deg. C, 50% mixture will stop the mixture from freezing at around -40 deg.C. So the lower the freezing temp below -40C the stronger the mix is above 50%.

There is no reason why you would not benefit from the methanol/water injection. It will help with what you want to supress detonation and reduce the intake temp. This will allow you to run a few more psi of boost too. Spray it after the intercooler pipes.

LBS Blown Buick thats some good info how much knock did you encounter with the 100% methanol. Im curious with your next mix 70/30 if the 30% water will be enough to supress the knock. If you have time please try a 50/50 mix as Im curious what your a/f ends up at and the performance...

Accumulator May I ask where and how much did you buy the accumulator and where did you buy them. Do you know how much psi the accumulator can store and did you also get a pressure switch to activate the pump to keep the accumulator chraged up when it drops below the rated value ? Thanks
