    14.7 should work for the fuel setting, the oxygen sensor is reading the oxygen content in the exhaust stream. You are still aiming for a Lambda of about 1 (or a Gasoline A/F Mixture of 14.7) for cruising.

    Injector duty, what do I trust?

    I would guess, that depending on the Engine Management Software, not having a correct injector dead time entered into the map could give you a mis-calculated injector duty cycle. Not the cause to your problem, but a reason that you may see injector duty cycles over 100%.

    Chip Tuning 101... Which Scalar(s) would you use to do something simple, like an injector size change? Injector Constant looks like a pretty good place to start? Or are there other values that you should change at the same time.
