first I installed the nozzel at the bottom of the up pipe, will this be a problem? next I am running 18psi on 91 oct. with 009's w/ a thrasher 92 chip and a TE-60. getting 8-10 KR on scanmaster????

Is it normal for a GN w/ stock turbo 15 psi, 3000 stall, 009's, 93 oct. thrasher chip and 295-50-15 on the rear not to blow the tires off the car from a dead stop. not power braking just floor it from a dead stop the car gose but i'm not sure if it's making the power it should????

Are Red's chips open or closed loop? with the proper tune will my car pass smog with a Red's race chip?
