i had the same issue i just replaced mine and the one from napa had installation instructions "for the 200-4r applications, place the supplied shims between the solenoid and transmission case" dont know why but new and old look the same.Any way the car runs alot better. here is the part number...

it's obvious that the coil has been replace the wires in the module are not in perfect order.when i was taking the coil off i could not rember what order the wires in the module glew go to

thanks for the replies. if i reading the vacuum diagram correctly i would cap off 1 port on the vac. block and use the 1 vac. from the compressor that is t'd off to wastegate soleniod.correct me if iam wrong
My wastegate acuator is bad and i have been looking for a new one and all i see is the 87 adjustable which is fine but will it work since the 85 has 2 vacuum ports and the 87 has one. Any info would be great
looked at that t-type in concord its very nice designer package. the only things that turned me away was the large amount of rust and not making full boost
I have a 85 t-type with vacuum reading of 15psi and full boost only 7psi all stock. I have replace all the vacuum hoses. I can still hear a damn a leak somewhere. Vehicle runs good but still low boost. Any help would be greatly appreciated
