I need a new cat back system for the TTA. What options are out there now? Every place I look either has GN systems only or the f-body systems all say they are for the 5.0/5.7 cars. I can probably make one of those work but was wondering if there was a TTA specific option available. Thanks.

Bought my first TTA in 2002 with 1,110 miles on it. It was absolutely perfect. I took it to cruise nights and some local shows. I was always so careful with it to make sure the weather was perfect before I drove it or I knew I had a the ideal place to park it at a show etc. Never really got...

Just saw this thread....this used to be my car. :) When I took the spare out to clean the trunk I couldn't figure out hot to get the jack handle put away correctly so I wrapped it up in that cloth to keep it from rattling. Good luck with the sale.....car looks beautiful. :cool:

The original turbo hood ornament is in a landfill somewhere. Part of it was broken off when I bought the car so I took off the remaining piece and installed the new ornament after the car was painted.

My thoughts exactly. Now my car is associated with Maaco, Sherwin Williams, bondo, wet-sanding, etc. when none of those things are accurate. Not that there is anything wrong with Maaco or Sherwin Williams.....just not accurate for this car.

The car does not need paintwork. The car was already painted back in May 2008. You will not win in Bowling Green with this paint job but you will be more than pleased pulling into any cruise night with this car.

The car will not be wet sanded by the shop that painted it. Yes it was a scuff and shoot. The paint underneath was faded and I wanted to make the car look a lot nicer to head into cruise nights or when I drove it into work. As far as I know there is no bondo anywhere on the car. I can tell...

It was not painted by Maaco, it was painted by a local body shop. It was not an expensive paintjob if that is what you were suggesting by your comment. The car has not been wetsanded yet.
