That is a good question. NC used to have a ballot where you would mark just 1 box for a straight ticket but as far back as I can recall you still had to vote for the President separately. The straight ticket box would apply to every race down ballot from the President though. If you voted straight ticket and you wanted to vote for someone of a different party for a particular office all you had to do was mark the box for that candidate and that candidate got the vote even if they are of a different party. Now NC ballots do not have a straight ticket box. You have to vote for each race individually. Now this is on hand marked paper ballots that are ran through a tally machine. Now anything that uses any type of computer programming to count and tally, which I am sure most polls use now, would definitely be the easiest and most high yield way to manipulate the vote. You can pretty much write a program to do what ever you want to do as long as you have the skills and know how to do it. A few key people in the right places could have a major impact on the election.

The simplest program would be either something that weighted the votes, ie: Biden =1.125, Trump=.975 or one that basically would do the same except work percentages. As long as it was written to display the sum in whole numbers you would never see it in the totals . It would also make sense that the simplest program would be targeted to a narrow field such as the President. That way it would apply to just that voting block while the down ticket votes would not be affected. This would also make it the easiest to deploy since every Presidential race is the same and the program would not have to be customized for each individual state or precinct. Now granted the software will have to be written for the operating system for each individual brand of machine but anything that has network capabilities could be updated at the same time and from remote sites or either through thumb drive updates. Plus the software could be designed in such a way that it would have to meet certain conditions such if the preferred candidate was winning on his own, it would not change anything.

That last way that I can see this could happen is like in NC if you didn't mark a candidate, the candidate didn't get a vote. If party A votes for their candidates all the way down and if you have a bunch of party B supporters who just vote for the President and no one else or a nefarious party who stuff the ballot box with mass produced ballots pre marked as such then B party may take the top prize while A party takes the rest.

Now everyone keeps talking about show me the evidence of voter fraud. There is evidence abundant that there were voting irregularities but what most of us get caught up on is wordplay. Fraud is a legal term so it technically has to be proven in a court of law. That's why these news sources can legally and truthfully report that there is no fraud. What everyone really wants is proof. Evidence is one thing and if anyone denies there is evidence then they are missing parts of the picture. Some evidence is circumstantial such as not being able to observe the counting so the must be cheating. Other evidence is inculpatory such as they would not let us observe the count where we were allowed to by law so they broke a law. Proof and therefore fraud is only determined after adjudication and based on our laws and the type of action brought the burden of proof varies. And yes, we are American Citizens but that does not mean we are entitled to any evidence or proof at this stage for anything that is actionable in a court of law. The court of public opinion matters not in such matters. What we are entitled to though is our own opinions based on what evidence we see with our own eyes. My eyes have seen enough that I believe it proves there was cheating going on and I, for one, hope they do not stop until they bring it all to the light. It may very well come out that Biden will be our new President but hopefully the American people will be so outraged that the powers that be will have no choice but to make sure it is done correct from now on.

Also, not every judge that dismisses a suit is a bad guy. In most cases the higher the court that hears the argument the better. Imagine if they took three to four weeks to hear it in District Court and then dismissed it or worse yet, rule against us and make us have to go through appeals. The quicker it can be moved up the better for us.


Oh and Scoob may not have known being that he hails from North of the Border but here in the States, Friday was a governmental holiday too for many of the states so no filings or court actions in those states until next week.

Very good write up. I could see people getting together to somehow to cheat to retake the blue wall. NC would in my mind to be easier to cheat and flip, but Georgia. Let me say it another way. It would have been more believable to see Trump lose NC then Georgia. This would had take a lot of folks to coordinate something this massive and not leave any legal evidence behind. I’m reading that Rs are not going to vote in Georgia senate race . What’s the point it will be taken away and the D’s will win, now that really sucks if that where to happen. Thanks. I can't understand how NC came out like it did either unless there was something not right here too. Trump won but we kept Cooper. The bad thing is that I live in a rural area that went blue but we're surrounded by red counties. I expected the big cities to go blue but didn't think my county would. I guess it shouldn't have surprised me since the liberal county commissioners just recently took down our Confederate Monument that had stood for over 100 years. It was a generic soldier honoring the ones who had lost their lives in defense of their homes. I wasn't of any one person but I guess it was enough that it was of a white man who fought for The South. Of course the rumor was that during the statue protest there were a lot of cars with out of state plates in town at the time.

As far as the GA election Republicans better get out and vote. Don't give it to them. If Dim's (yes I meant it that way) are willing to cheat to win then make them have to cheat.

The fact is, the math just doesn't add up, No matter how you look at it. NO MATTER HOW YOU LOOK AT IT!

That is where I think voter fraud took place. The math just doesn't make any sense.

You guys may think I'm against all the Trump resistance, but I'm not. I just want to see something that sticks. Just one fucking thing.

Exactly what has been cited...I think by Giuliani. How in the hell does a candidate get 5,000.75 votes.
I am guessing that the algorithms are manipulated, so this does not happen.
One other fraud flag is, there are millions of ballots that have no down ballot votes marked. So, when the ballots are run thru the machines, over and over, and in some cases, just printed and turned in, they are counted.
There's even some screen shots of ballots being sorted, that were mailed thru the Chinese version of UPS/Fedex.
This is no swamp. It's a sewer.

Chuck, Trump was so far in the lead that's why they shut the machines down. They needed time to do the ballot dumps, and had no time to do the down ballot marks.

Probably true.
However, leaving the down ballot contestants alone, could have been an attempt at making the election process appear more "normal", so to speak.
I'm wondering about my county vote, too.
We have 19,000+ residents. Over 11,000 voted. That smells too. The county did go for Trump, and most of the other Republicans.

You can set up any decent calculator to display to how ever many decimal points you want it to so I'm sure you could do it to a voting tabulator. I bet somebody just forgot to set up the readout on that one that Rudy is talking about. Human error for the win.
