I'll be there with my kids. My 86 GN is still a fixer upper but I'll bring it as is, maybe get ideas from others on how best to fix it up. Is the date July 26?

OK, I have the west park reserved for us. FREE!!

It is for group meetings under 150 cars so I think we are OK.

Start time is 10:00am until 4:00 PM.

They of course have concession stands that if you want some food you can buy.

If you want to visit the museums it is $7. There is no obligation to buy but of course I encourage everyone to check it out if you haven't already!

Can someone else volunteer for coordinating and making some t shirts to sell?

Maybe the "peoples champ" trophies will be ready by then??

I spoke with the guy who owned the 17K mile GN that is for sale at the museum. He also said he (and a partner?) owned 2 gnx's. Not sure if those were in Northern IL but it sounded like they were. I informed him of the date of the meet. I think the GNX's are/were for sale.

Updates

I confirmed everything with the Volo people today. There are 2 other clubs meeting that day. There should be nice crowds of people interested in seeing our cars!

They will be posting the event on their website.

I asked Dwall about doing the tshirts again this year.

I would like to invite as many Buick hybrids out as well.

I plan on bringing my Porsche and hope that a hot air powered Delorean comes too.
