turbo advice

hello . i am looking for some advice for a new turbo for my 87gn been doing some reading on here and have read about some of you guys have been using dbb and or waterless need some input . i am really looking for something with some quick spool up dont mind changing the converter if i have to . looking to make a real good running street car with some track time . any advice is appreciated . when i got it is was bone stock recently . i have done tune up afpr/340pump hotwire kit /3" down pipe with test pipe {for off road use only} scanmaster /boost gauge / knock gauge /cold air kit / fuel pressure gauge . any other advice you can give me as far as mods go i would be greatly appreciated thanks again
