Window, dash, low beam problems

I just picked up a 99 Regal GS and was looking for some help.

Driver information/odometer does not light up on dash.
Dash does not dim, but lights up if all interior lights on. (headlamp switch?)
Driver side low beam does not work, brand new bulb.
A/C display does not work.
Widows do not work. Driver button makes buzzing sound.

I checked/replaced all interior fuses, haven't checked all the fuses under the hood yet.

If you have any tips/suggestions it would be appreciated!

sounds like you need some new resistors in the cluster & DIC as well as a master window control switch (drivers door)

I havent had to deal with clusters or DIC's but have seen enough posts on the regal forums dealing with it that I would look into those

A/C display does not work.

I fixed a few of the problems, but my windows still do not roll down.

I bought a new master window switch and it still buzzes. Tried a new front driver side regulator and motor and same buzzing.

Could it be a ground issue?
