will my engine be OK?

I really don't have the time or money to beef the bottom end of my engine right now. my combo is te63-1, fmic, champion irons and intake, 204/214 cam, thdp, other little stuff. Mainly I will be cruising and killing ricers and vettes on the street, with the occasional drag strip blast at high boost. Do you guys think the stock bottom will hold?? I really just want to throw in the cam, bolt on the heads and intake, and throw the engine back in for some fun! Stripping it down to bare block and paying big dough for machine work is not My idea of fun right now!

Welcome to racing! How fast is the car? Mid 11's no problem. Even beefed you can have a mishap but that is racing. It would help to beef it but drive it like you stole it and save your bucks.

all i can say is stay away from Detonation and you should be fine.
Make sure your O2s and blms are good. Good luck
