what the FFFFFF is this for?

any ideas? it was located behind the lower portion of the dash right above where your right knee would rest while sitting in the divers seat....

I'm not 100% sure, but I think the chime box plugs into the open terminals of what you have. I'm not sure if the relay has a seperate function or is for the chime.
