Who was the builder and Machine shop?

Phil is the engine builder and the shop is called parts world in Bohemia.Been building turbo Buick motors for 12 years.

where did you get those rocker shafts? I have some that were custom made in TX that look exactly like those.. thinking about mass producing them.
