Theft deterant??? I bought a car so have no idea what was done to it before me.
I need some advice.
If I unplug the battery for whatever reason. Then I plug the battery back in.....the fan will run and run and run as soon as i put the positive back on the battery with the car off. key out of the ignition.
Then, the car will not crank but full power at battery and at all gauges.
Then, with the orange wire now disconnected it will crank.
As soon as I hook up the orange wire again, the car will not crank.
I have a turbo tweaks chip, and i do not have a security built into the chip.
Lastly, there is a strange toggle under the dash i try flicking it on back and forth to see what difference it may make. Seems to do nothing.
Is there a delay on the car? Does it need to sit a half hour or something?
This has happened once before last year, but mysteriosluy it fixed itself and has never happened agian.
Any help or stories similar would be great.
