I havent had a chance to mess with this turbo much as of yet. What boost levels does this turbo start to really make good power? I am also wondering what kind of power it makes at relatively low boost levels as well.....say 20psi. Id also like to know about what boost level 120mph in the 1/4 is obtainable?

Im runing the 45 and on 19-21psi I traped 11.2 @ 124.5(crappy 1.8 60ft.) I had the car @ the dyno before the track and was making around 520hp and 590tq dont have the paper right in front of me but something like that.

Sounds good.....my goal for this summer is to get into the low, low 11's at a 122-124mph range. Just trying to figure out a place to start as far as boost goes. Id like to get there with 24-25psi if possible. Ill be running my old 26" ET streets which will probably be a limiting factor. Any other TE-45 users out there?

damn man , you guys are making more hp then me. I have the following
te45a,55's,thdp,ported stock heads, ported stock intake, fm intercooler, 3500 9/11, 214/210 roller, 340 pump. I made 452 hp and 675 torque ( the converter spike) at 23 psi, didnt lock it. egt was 1710. I thought the swwet spot for the te45a was 26 psi. thgats what I was told at LE.

thanks,
Ralph

This has been covered before butlike Ralph said the sweet spot for a 45 is about 25-28 psi. Thats counting for gauge variations. My car went 10.50 at 130 with a TE 45 at about 26-psi.
